Terms and conditions of the 3E’S referral scheme
- Earn a £20 voucher on your first referral, a £40 voucher on your second referral, or a £75 voucher on your third referral for successfully referring to us Self Assessment clients with a contract value beThe 3E’S referral scheme will run from 1 June, 2022, to May 31, 2023.
- The 3E’S referral scheme is open to existing, previous, and non-3E’S clients.
- Referrals will only be eligible if the referred company is not already in conversation with 3E’S via any other channel within the last 12 months. Whomever you refer has to be a brand new contact.
- To make a valid referral, the referral form must be completed on the website.
- The vouchers are either from Love2Shop or Amazon. No cash or products are rewarded.
- Referrals will be deemed ineligible if an existing client refers someone from their own company or a franchisee. 3E’S may check the referral with the referring client to make sure it is a genuine referral.
- There is no limit to the number of businesses a referrer can refer to in our referral scheme during the referral scheme period.
- The referrer may be named in communication between 3E’S and the referred business.
- The referral voucher will be issued to you once the first payment has been received from the referred client.
- You are eligible for a special surprise for referring ten or more clients during the referral scheme.
- If you work for multiple businesses, you cannot refer yourself from one business domain to another.
- 3E’S will review the referral once the first invoice has been paid, and the voucher will be sent within 30 days of the review taking place if deemed legitimate.
- In the event of any disputes regarding any referred company/organisation, the decision of 3E’S is final.
- If a referrer does not receive their voucher, a claim must be raised for consideration to info@3esaccountants.co.uk within 90 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible.

- Referral leads must close within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become clients within this date will not be eligible.
- Any personal details are processed in accordance with the 3E’S privacy policy.
- Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return or as a benefit. Please speak to your accountant if you are unsure.
- 3E’S is in no way responsible for any tax implications.
- All vouchers will be sent electronically to the email address you submit on the referral form.
- We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions and to terminate the scheme immediately and without prior notice.
