Tushar Shah
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Tushar is a recognised expert in financial accounting and tax advisory. But that’s not it: he is also the driving force behind 3E’S. After having worked with multiple small businesses, he realised that most entrepreneurs do indeed need accounting and financial advice from time-to-time. The realisation has shaped his perspective as a team and influences many of 3E’S client projects. Tushar has achieved numerous certifications including ATOL Reporting Accountant by the UK Civil Aviation Authority. He is ACCA-qualified, and a Xero and QuickBooks Certified Advisor.
Urvashi Shah
Founder & CEO
An ACCA-qualified accountant, Urvashi heads the Operations team but she’s really in the business of making all of us better. Under her wing, 3E’S has grown exponentially in terms of operations and service delivery standards. She has managed the delivery of accountancy services and solutions through active problem-solving with the incorporation of cutting-edge modern-day technology. She was also a Women in Accounting and Finance Award 2020 finalist.
Shany Raval
Senior Associate
Shany is an ACCA-qualified accountant with over 12 years’ experience dealing with clients across a wide range of industries. He specialises in managing accounts for limited companies, LLPs and sole traders, and also has expertise in pension and tax planning. Shany manages our branches and supports our business expansion.
Arjun Chokshi, MAAT MSc

With a proven track record in high-paced accounting practices, Arjun’s expertise is expansive and invaluable to 3E’S. From navigating the intricacies of income tax to leveraging Xero for enhanced efficiency, he is adept at ensuring that financial reporting is accurate, timely, and relevant.
A specialist in VAT, Arjun has the skills to ensure businesses meet their obligations while capitalising on potential opportunities. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Accounting and Finance from the esteemed Leeds Beckett University.
Chandan Pal

Chandan is an entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in the accounting industry. His journey reflects not just technical and strategic growth, but a deep, hands-on commitment to building, supporting, and growing successful businesses. As part of the core leadership team at his previous workplace, he has played a role in supporting company’s growth and success, contributing his experience and passion for business to help drive its progress. Having co-founded several ventures himself, he understands what it takes to turn an idea into a sustainable, thriving operation — and he enjoys sharing that journey with others. He has always believed that people buy from people — and what truly drives him is building genuine relationships, solving problems, and empowering others to succeed. He is passionate about business — building it, nurturing it, and helping others do the same.
Dishant Desai
Independent Consultant
With over 17 years of experience in accounting and tax, Dishant is a force to reckon with in the UK accounting industry. He has hands-on UK accounting experience as a tax senior. Dishant previously worked with a large multinational company for over 11 years before joining 3E’S in January 2021. He is an ACCA-qualified professional expert in cloud accounting, individual and business tax.
Pranav Bhatt

Pranav has17+ years of experience in accounting and taxation. With FCCA certification, his illustrious career includes working for KPMG and holding a pivotal role as a Regional Consolidation Specialist. Expert across sectors including hospitality, IT, retail, construction, manufacturing, care homes, healthcare, and property, Pranav excels in tax management, daily accounting, and preparing statutory accounts. He has been instrumental in modernising our clients’ accounting systems, shifting from manual to digital platforms, and smoothing external audits through improved client-auditor communication. Pranav’s dedication to business success and delivering high-quality financial solutions reflects 3E’S commitment to excellence and fostering strong client relationships.
