Job Description
- Creating a predictable funnel of new business leads
- Qualifying leads, researching clients and booking meetings with prospects
- Conducting online product demonstrations to stakeholders
- Closing 'as many deals as possible’
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Drive the sales engagement process to deliver both conversion and effective sales cycles
- Sell in a consultative manner, firstly identifying customer needs and then suggesting appropriate products/services
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Undertake key account management in order to renew and grow a small portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Effectively use data to analyse and prioritise prospects
- Work closely with the marketing team/ Digital Marketing team to create localised and effective sales campaigns
- Work closely with the customer success team to on-board both new and renewing customers
- Maintain accurate records
- Actively provide feedback to the product team to ensure client needs are met
- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
