Tushar Shah
Founder and CEO
Tushar is a recognised expert in financial accounting and tax advisory. But that’s not it: he is also the driving force behind 3E’S. After having worked with multiple small businesses, he realised that most entrepreneurs indeed need accounting and financial advice from time-to-time. The realisation has shaped his perspective as a team and influences many of 3E’S client projects. Tushar has achieved numerous certifications including ATOL Reporting Accountant by the UK Civil Aviation Authority. He is ACCA-qualified, and a Xero and QuickBooks Certified Advisor.
Urvashi Shah
Co-Founder and Partner
An ACCA-qualified accountant, Urvashi heads the Operations team but she’s really in the business of making all of us better. Under her wing, 3E’S has grown exponentially in terms of operations and service delivery standards. She has managed the delivery of accountancy services and solutions through active problem-solving with the incorporation of cutting-edge modern-day technology. She was also a Women in Accounting and Finance Award 2020 finalist.

Shany is an ACCA-qualified accountant with over 12 years’ experience dealing with clients across a wide range of industries. He specialises in managing accounts for limited companies, LLPs and sole traders, and also has expertise in pension and tax planning. Shany manages our branches and supports our business expansion.
